Thomas inch dumbell
Anyone got one of these either at home or at their gyms. Id love to get one and have a go. I think with how my strengths progressing i could have it nailed by 2020!

I seen Phil Pfister & another one of the "strongmen" (I can't think of his name but he was an Olympic weightlifter & then a wrestling star) lift it at the Arnold Classic a few years ago.....most men can't pick it up, let along clean it over their heads!
