    Thomas inch dumbell

    Anyone got one of these either at home or at their gyms. Id love to get one and have a go. I think with how my strengths progressing i could have it nailed by 2020!

    I dunno. I know its a feat of strength that guys in the 1900's did. I think sandow was renowned for doing it. Its not just the weight but the handle is really wide like an appolonian axle so getting hold of it is really tough.

    I seen Phil Pfister & another one of the "strongmen" (I can't think of his name but he was an Olympic weightlifter & then a wrestling star) lift it at the Arnold Classic a few years ago.....most men can't pick it up, let along clean it over their heads!

    Yep and when i get mine,i'm gonna build upmy strength to beable to curl it,and even press it..see those old timers where wayyyy stronger them people to dya give them credit.
