Hi all, Im a long term bodybuilder and strength athlete, I run a company supplying bouncers and door stewards.
I would like some help to get my forum section moving a little, so if any one is in the industry and has some spare time please pop over and post on my forum, also take a look at the rest of my sight it may be of interest if you work the doors.
we also have a small martial arts and bodybuilding corner :)

Well, I'll be ever more jacked in about 4-6 months. Had my right knee scoped 12 days ago, and it's almost totally healed, but still swollen and I can only bend it half way back to my (__!__). I actually did legs yesterday against the advice of the doctors, because that can lead to further swelling and cause even more time to be used for recovery. So, what I did was did the leg workout in pain, then quickly scurrried over to 7/11, bought a bag of ice, and taped it to my knee/leg in the car as I drove to pick up my son from school, to counter-act any swelling. :)
Seemed to do the trick. :lol: So, point is, now that my knees are scar free and ready to go, leg work will be intense, deadlifts too, etc., and my upper body always stays big no matter what, so it can only get better from here on out. I'll be doing some shows mid next year, and I'm excited as h*ll.

Hi lads, thanks for that yes Im based in scotland.
Real sorry it never crossed my mind about advertising, I said to jason in his PM if he sends me a banner link I will have it put up, but my site is purely for fun no money needed to run it or sell things on it its just fro info for clients and a place for doormen to hang out.
But a lot of my men are bodybuilders so by all means I welcome a link :)

thank you lads, business is good ive got about 50 door staff working for me, but you know its all about expansion, the forum isnt gonna help me much but if door staff from all corners can hang there I would like to get a little community going.
