either a triple cheese or a whopper really hits the spot. bacon cheese rules.

    Homemade burger...

    The patty:
1/2 pound of lean ground beef + 1 raw egg (to hold it into a patty), a bit of garlic powder, a zing of oregano, a zing of louisana red hot. Patty made wide and not too thick (cooks more evenly). Cooked on the BBQ of course and a thick slice of emmental cheese (aka swiss) is melted on it in the last minute of cooking.

    The bun:
A nice large fresh kaiser bun with poppy seedds on it with some of the dough "dug out" from the middle. Warmed up but NOT toasted.

    The condiments:
Mustard, ketchup, mayo, sweet relish, onion slices, tomato slices, leaf of lettuce.

Now THATS a burger! (god d@mm now I am sooo craving one!)

    Red

Yep, those Hardee's burgers are great,
