    Arrow STATS: Arm size in relation to leg size

    i have always had skinny legs (calves in particular) and no matter how hard i try they allways appear too small for my upper body. i have been working very hard on legs over the last few months and am finally making some (but not enough) progress

    i wandered what everyones arm sizes were in relation to their legs. and how much out of proportion do you think i am?

    me:

    arms - 16 3/4"
    thighs - 26"
    claves - 15 1/4"

    my legs are about the same as yours. I have a hard time getting my calves to grow.

    they say a rule of thumb is for your arms, calves and neck to be the same sizes, and then your chest or maybe your shoulders should be the same size as your quad sizes added together. at least thats what ive always heard

    My thighs are 26.5
    Arms 17.25

    I think my thighs are too thick for my upper body, I don't fit in regular jeans...

    man I could now fit into like a 34 jean.. but cuz of my dam legs I tried 36's on.. still no good hahah 38 freaking 8's!!!!

    I got the same problem with my biceps. But my calves are solid. I can do a calve raise with obscene amounts of weight. Even the dudes in the gym point out that someone of my build should nt be lifting that much

    last time i measured my thighs were 27", but i havent measured in a while....

    arms are 17, and calves are 17.5s

    supposedly thats good proportions, but depending on how tall you are it wont look that big

    ex im 6'1 and my calves still look small at that size, they look skinny with like a small bulge of muscle coming off

    man im really out of proportion!!! 17" gunz with almost 28" quads!! yuk...

    my arms are 10 inches smaller than my thighs to.. and they seem small to me..

    that means i should have a 52" chest
    uh uh - its only 47"

    my neck is 17 1/2"
    calves are 15 1/4"
    arms 16 3/4"

    totally out of proportion

    oh and a 36" waist ( )
