Howdy all....
Howdy folks.... looks like I'll be on alot more....fixing to quit Gold's. Still gonna be a personal trainer, just got a better deal with a smaller local gym. So I'll have alot more free time to kill and what better place to do it than here on AR.

For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
