Now I look around the gym see 14-16 year olds doing excercises and I fear they are going to tear their shoulder from their socket etc

A lot of times it's not even kids. Last night there were 2 guys in the gym, I've never seen b4, doing squats. I see they have 315 on the bar and am kinda impressed, considering they don't look like much. Well I see them squating about 6 inches and have to laugh.

Kind of on the topic. I run a tuxedo shop and the kids during prom are rude and cocky. No matter what! Its the big fish in the little pond syndrome. When they come to the gym, they are use to working out at the high school. They are cock of the walk. I just give it to them, theyr'e right. Not sympatheticallly or because they speak the truth. Just in a year the are gonna have a very rude awakening. I have had some customers apologize to me from years past, but hell, I was like that one day a long, long time ago.....

    1victor I think it's 39!
    Just cause I'm 40.........
I like when the "kids" walk around with their arms out from their sides like the arms are so big or they are so pumped....I run up to em and ask really loud "do you have a cramp". It always good for a few laughs on the way in or out of the gym.
    No talking during work sessions.

    Strange...
    ------------------------

    Punk assed kids...At 22... i'm having a problem of a different nature; Punk-Assed-People.

I've been training for 7 years or so..competing for 6.

The other day i'm in the gym about to do legs and i warm up then pack a small amount (300pounds) on the bar. It's early in the workout..I didn't like how the weight felt (felt i wasn't properly warmed up) so after a couple reps i stripped down to 200 pounds and continued to rep. When i came out..A guy walks up to me and said "O... i thought u were going at that big weight (wtf?!)...they're guys in here bigger than you that struggle at that"

In my mind i'm like "Bitch.. i push more weigh than this when i'm sick...furtherfvckingmore... i push more weight than this when i'm injured"...Instead i just strolled back to the rack..loaded up with plates and proceded to rep.

My prob is that at 5"6' 190lbs ...in clothes i don't appear as massive as a guy 5 inches taller..so some know-it-all-dumb-assed-punk-assed-muthafvcka-gym-nooB crawls outta the wood-work to question how it's possible that i'm throwing soo much weight around on every movement.

This fool i mentioned..i had to let someone tell him who i was..now everytime he sees me he calls me 'Pro'

    Owned

    Here ends my vent

    ~Nark
