    Recognizing all AR members

    Well if you know who I am, i have been a member on here for almost a year now. and would like to say a few things on what i have learned and experienced so far.

    When i first joined i was thinking that i was coming here to learn things like the differences between deca and eq. I have come to realize this board means alot more then just "juicing." All of us bros (and chicas) are great people who share very similar interests and give great advice. you can learn alot from each other here. you can find info on everything. and thanks to people like swole and others who post very good information on juicing, dieting, workouts, supplements, etc I have learned alot. I realized that i can still make gains after cycle with dieting and the right supplements. (something that i wouldnt believe could be true before AR. Even something as simple as finding out whats going on in the news i can find in the Lounge before i hear about it anywhere else..

    i now know enough that i can give alot of people advice and help with anything needed especially newbies, and it feels great...

    just wanted to say thanks to everyone and hope everyone sticks around for another year so i can learn more and make more friends... my grammer sucks lol
