    Training christmas day..

    Well honestly, who's going to train christmas day?

    I won't be weight training but I'll be going for our annual 'Christmas roll' from Midday untill 14:00hrs. Its an MMA club.

    Anyone else?.

    I don't train on Saturdays. If I did, I would. I'll miss a cardio day here and there. But I rarely miss a lifting day. I always fit it in.

    Doing entire body 3 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. So after opening gifts in the morning it is off to the gym, then back to eat and spend the day with in-laws. I have a card to swipe that lets me in, problably be the only one to train on Christmas Day at my gym, but I might be supprised!!!!

    I just came down with something last night. My mom is sick too. I'm skipping the gym for the rest of the week. Hope to kick this bug ASAP. I hate being sick. If I train, I just get worse. I wish I could pumel viruses with my fist and feet.

    Last year I did legs on xmas as my gift to myself. This year its happens to be an off day in the routine. But if it wasnt I would sure be in the gym.

    I dont workout on saturdays but Im a good man. I have some Die Hards at my Gym so I will be opening it for 2 hours on Christmas so this group of people can come in and get a workout in.
