I'm A Fat Bastard

What's up guys,

Well, let me fill you in on what's been shakin'. A few weeks back, I was running CKD and lean as hell. Loved it. I was sitting at around 185-190ish. I decided I needed a break from strict dieting and training and started training instinctive and eating pretty much what I wanted.

I went from 185-190ish DEPLETED to 222lbs full of water and at 12%bf.

That's almost 30lbs of weight in a month, naturally. I'm pretty sure a big chunk of it is water as all my muscles are full and I can still see my abs.

I feel so fat. Can't wait for the holidays to be over man.

the holidays killed me too...Hard to keep up wit your diet traveling and with all that good food around...Don't sweeat it the first part of beating fat is to realize that you are fat and you need to do something about it... :)

Welcome to my world! However, the cool thing about being fat is you can lose it. In addition, it gives you a goal to shoot for and you feel great when you lose all that blubber. I know because whenever I feel crap I gain like 30lbs just so I can lose it and then after my loss I feel great. :) I know it is retarded, but you have to have a hobby right? Mine is getting fat then going on a diet. However, my gains tends to outwiegh my losses :eek: hence forth Fat Guy
