i got the flu and im really sick.its sucks.but i gathered enough energy to go to the gym and all i can say is wtf.im weak.does the flu/cold have this affect on all you guys?

ya bro i havent been to the gym in like 5 days and its pissing me off, but better to rest til u fell better than hit the gym again.
yeah i had it bad like a month ago, and i wanted to go workout so bad but knew it would only be a negative
You should rest until you get better. I would stay out of the gym for a bit. I know it sucks but you will get better faster. Increase your C and Zinc.
I hear you....being sick sucks....nearly impossible to workout....and no appetite ....rest - vitamins - and drink alot of water....
