New Years Resolutions
You know I hate January at the gym- You got all those obese people using the equipment and you wont ever see them again after January. Their new years resolutions must be to work out for a week.
Can I get a witness???
Well My resolution would be to Stop smoking the herbal supplements. I am really really going to try hard. Anyone else have one?

my new years resolution is to be with the 2 swedish girls i met last night that i basically hung out with til 5am in the MORNING <333 OOOH YAH PLAYA U DAM WELL KNOW !!!!!! yah yah yah yah I DONE GOOD FOR MYSELF!

mine is to lift hard heavy and with excellent form.. but to stay injury free! have the will power to keep doin 6am cardio and following a diet. and in the fall.. to do more roids then Ronnie lol

Mine is to do abs at least 3x a week and floss everyday. haha. seriously, who flosses everyday? maybe ill be the first.
6am cardio...i try that every week but i only make it like 2x a week. Thats hard!

I don't really have a resolution but my mission remains the same:
To continue training hard and see how far i can go (naturally).
I am around 228lbs right now, was probably 255-260lbs back in August.
I would like to be 205lbs maybe walk around at 210ish?
