For a change I did the routine tonite. First couple o' sets no problemo. By the 3rd set of squats I was hatin ever comin to this board. Great routine. Who cares if I have to stand up and shat tomorrow or the next day..........
I love different ideas.............

I'm totally serious when I say it CONDITIONS the h*ll out of you stamina/VO2 max wise, as well as helping to increase your "regular" squat poundages due to hypertrophy and the ability to utilize more oxygen to the muscles in your regular lifts.

i did this the other day and my legs still hurt!!LOL.... i didnt think it was gon b hard but once i started doin it i was swearing at u in my head swole!! i got all my buddies doin it too and they love it.
so any more free tips?? i need one for my chest!! LOL...

I may be distributing some additional protocols in the future, dependent upon how busy I am, how many jerk-offs here piss me off, etc. There are always a few who ruin it for the masses, and honestly, that gets very old very fast. (As was the case w/the original thread in which this leg workout originated, hence my deletion of it)

Yea so swole.. Tonight was legs again... People look at me like im pathetic when Im panting and dieing with 185 on the bar lol... after the second set I was swallowing puke back down.. Couldn't catch my breath, and for some reason.. Loved it!! On another happy note for the first time in 2 months I trained my biceps a bit, since the outside tendon is feeling better, just did 5 sets, and then actually did two light pushdown sets for tri's and it didn't feel bad, but that tendon still hurts through the day.. so hopefully soon boys I'll be back

Actually it's funny to see the lil guys with 3-4 plates doin 4 reps 1/4 of the way. When I was doin the 185 trip for 15-20........Definately no ego here......
Holdin back puke is da sheeeat. Then tryin to get the pro drink down after and keepin it down is the fun part.
The legs are definitivly sore.......FEELS SOOOOOO GOOOOD......
Bro, don't let people piss you off......It's way better to give a resentment then get one. Let me know when someone rakes ya. I'll rake em back just fer sh1ts and grins.
