GoDaddy's down, screw 'em! Who else should I host with

They promise 99.9% uptime but they've been down recently and they're down right now. I host my websites and client's websites with them and I can't handle this ****. I am pissed. Went with them just because they're dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess....

Any suggestions for RELIABLE web hosting (I need minimum apache, cgi, php, and SQL). Plenty of bandwidth and plenty of space.

Or I might just have to end up running a server out of my house. Anyone here go this route?

id get a server, even though theyre expensive. you can manage and update whenever plus you wont have any down times.
