sean penn on viva la bam...

anybody happen to catch the episode where sean penn was on viva la bam?? i just happen to see it and he was looking absolutely jacked. looked to be about a solid 220, i couldnt believe it was actually him but then they showed his face and it was. hes got some recent movies and he doesnt look like anything but he must have been hitting the weights real hard the past few months cause hes looking solid....

@_@ 220? He looked to me all of 180 in Mystic River or what ever that movie was.
I know a guy at my gym that looks over 200 but, he's just 190. It's how defined/proportionate/cut you are that makes it look heavy.

trust me, mystic river is on hbo every 2 hours, and yea hes not **** in that movie, id be surprised if hes even 180, but try and catch that viva la bam episode, maybe not 220 but definitely up there...
