Bro, everyday is a cheat day at this point!

I'll be cleaning it up in a while, yes, but for now it's all you can eat everyday.

I love Jack N the Box by the way, my FAVORITE place.

10 bucks there and I am a happy guy!!!!!!

Post Whore! Too bad only 900 of the 9000 were actually USEFUL!

Obviously JK, I remember seeing Cycleon's over 9K, but I think that's it. Thanks for all the invaluable advice, bro.

For relaxation, size, and a much needed break from the norm that was 4 years straight of strict eating and shows/pics/etc.

Had surgery too, so docs/physical therapists advised me to lay off the dieting, get some "cushion" going for the knees to heal properly, then cut up later if I wish to. I will, and it will be VERY easy to get shredded in like 2-3 months with my diet protocol compared to how I am eating now. I needed to shock my body and get it used to something else, and I have done that.

262 right now instead of 225-230.

    Yayuh!!!!!!

I forgot how strong I can get when I, well, EAT!!!!!!

Just had a protein shake (Cytopro's "melon patch), ultimate sausage breakfast sandwich, ultimate breakfast jack, 1/2 of my son's regular breakfast jack, 1 hashbrown.

Ahhhhh, the feeling of fullness!!!!! Time to go hit legs!!!!!!

I may do that when I get to 275 which is where I am going to stop before I begin going back down to the 220's / 230's. I am trying to pack on that leg size that left me when I had the initial surgery on both legs, then the arthroscopic surgery I had done just 5 weeks ago on my right leg to remove excessive scar tissue. I figure bulking all out would be the best way (because of the major injuries) to pack on the size I had and more.

It's a lot of work having to overcome DOUBLE patellar tendon ruptures below the kneecaps. One of the worst injuries you can have I've found out from many a doctor who "squeem" when they find out what happened to me. When you see a doctor go "EWWWWW", you know it ain't good.

So yes, pics in a few months I will do, just wanna get that leg size to match my arms/shoulders, as those have really blown the f*ck outta the water........that I love!

No way. Leg size is part of the reason, as I have gained some of what I lost from surgery, as well as back size, chest, and mainly arms/shoulders.

I don't get "fat", I just seem to add meat all over and blur the abs a bit, but I still have seperation everywhere. As I said above, I'll snap some pics down the road.

I've no idea, it depends on how much I'm on the Net and how much work I have that day.

My average POSTS per day always vary.

    Why do you ask?
