post what you do from morning to nite.
im taking a second stab at am cardio i tryed in during my last cycle but was always tired and worked late.
this is going to be my day
home from work 5.00pm/8.pm depends.
10.00pm on here
does anyone else get up at this time and work all day on there feet and dont get run down.

thats not alot of sleep id get run down on only 6 1/2 hours

20.00 pre workout meal

23.45 good night protein shake (nuttin to do with ma sex life )
0.00 little tv
0.30 lights out good night!

6:00am - work
4:00pm - classes
8:30pm - workout
10:00pm - study, here, or spend time with my niece and fiance.
11:00pm - sleep
~eat around every 3 hrs. normally consisting of high protien and low carbs.

3:00am - Go to bed
6:30am - Get up and get breakfast
7:00am - Shower
7:30am - Get changed and ready for work
8:30am - Leave for work
9:00am - Start work!
1:00pm - Lunch
5:00pm - Finish and leave work
6:00pm - Get home
6:10pm - Get a snack dinner
6:30pm - Go to gym
7:30pm - Get ready to go to my OTHER work
8:30pm - Get to work
11:30pm - Get home from work
Then i relax and do stuff around the house and stuff i needed to do untill about 3am and it all starts again...

8:00 Xbox/tv time PPWO
9:00 Protein Shake w/flax
My post whoring encompasses from 8am-5:30 EST.

9pm: egg whites w/ ww tortilla
11pm: go downstairs(yep, dating the neighbor....lots of things wrong with that)

5:30am Leave for work
6:10am Arrive at work
6:30am Morning Meeting
7:00am Morning Meeting with my men
7:20am Begin work and Post Whoring
9:45am Back to work and as much Post Whoring as I can do
12:30pm Back to work and as much Post Whoring as I can do
Somewhere between 4:30pm and 7:30pm Leave Work and get dinner
Somewhere between 5:00pm and 8:00pm Gym for a couple of hours
Somewhere between 7:00pm and 10:00pm get home go to sleep.

3:30 Off from work (very happy)
4:00/ 5:30 Lift weights
6:00 Dinner / protein
6:00 / 9:30 pm Family time/ play with my son/ internet/ read/TV / whatever
9:30/ 10:00pm bedtime

9am wake up/shower/take a shot/pop some pills
5pm leave work
815 go home
9pm-1am chill wit my girl
i eat every 2 1/2 hrs thruout the day.
non work days:
10am wake up
12pm shower/take shot
130 do things that need to b done
8 pm chill and/or run around.
again i eat every 2 1/2 hrs.
