    post what you do from morning to nite.

    im taking a second stab at am cardio i tryed in during my last cycle but was always tired and worked late.
    this is going to be my day
    5.30am cardio
    6.30 breaky
    7.00 work
    home from work 5.00pm/8.pm depends.
    8.30pm gym
    10.00pm on here
    11.00pm bed.

    does anyone else get up at this time and work all day on there feet and dont get run down.

    thats not alot of sleep id get run down on only 6 1/2 hours

    4:00pm - classes
    8:30pm - workout
    10:00pm - study, here, or spend time with my niece and fiance.
    11:00pm - sleep

    ~eat around every 3 hrs. normally consisting of high protien and low carbs.

    4:00AM on my feet
    5:00-6:00 cardio
    6:00-7:00 weight training
    7:00-4:30 work
    4:30-5:30 cardio (again)
    5:30-10:00 Prep meals for the next day, set out clothes for work and gym, pack bag with items I'll be needing in the gym and at work, grab a shower and watch a couple hours of TV (if anythings on)
    10:00 bedtime

    sprinkle in 6 meals throughout the day and making sure I drink enough water.

    3:00am - Go to bed
    6:30am - Get up and get breakfast
    7:00am - Shower
    7:30am - Get changed and ready for work
    8:30am - Leave for work
    9:00am - Start work!
    1:00pm - Lunch
    5:00pm - Finish and leave work
    6:00pm - Get home
    6:10pm - Get a snack dinner
    6:30pm - Go to gym
    7:30pm - Get ready to go to my OTHER work
    8:30pm - Get to work
    11:30pm - Get home from work
    Then i relax and do stuff around the house and stuff i needed to do untill about 3am and it all starts again...

    5:00 Pre workout meal (5th)
    6:00 workout
    7:00 6th meal PWO
    8:00 Xbox/tv time PPWO
    9:00 Protein Shake w/flax

    My post whoring encompasses from 8am-5:30 EST.

    7:30am: b-fast
    8am: work
    12pm: lunch
    3pm: some protein something or other
    5:30pm: gym
    7pm: shower
    7:30pm: dinner
    9pm: egg whites w/ ww tortilla
    11pm: go downstairs(yep, dating the neighbor....lots of things wrong with that)
    11:30pm: sex
    1pm: sleep
    4am: sex

    hmm....i'd say its boring but naaaa....i like it

    130 do things that need to b done

    8 pm chill and/or run around.
    1am sleep
    again i eat every 2 1/2 hrs.
