well in my hypothetical reality the terminator has been sent back in time to take on Murphy so the terminator has no weapons.

He will just go get some weapons like he did in the first movie, he showed up butt naked didn't have any weapons when he started, he'll just go to the gun store/pawn shop pick them out put them in his duffel bag and then shoot the owner.
Or he will just go up to robo cop grab him by the neck and bash his head into the wall and take his weapons.
