Been down for the count for a few days...

First days of classes for this semester, and it figures that on the first day i get some kind of mild food-poisioning or GI tract infection or something, and ended up on the toilet for 48 hours, and ive felt crappy as anything since monday.

Ugh, i cant stand being away from the gym for this long........:cry:

i feel ya. Last year i got diorreah the week before uni began and lost 10 lbs. And this year i got ill just before new years and lost 9 :D

But isn't it fun to watch your classmates wretch and gag all day...

Today was the first day i actually feel better. Still dizzy, little disoriented, but good for the most part. Gym tommorrow :)
