I need an alarm clock that kicks me in the face.
Because I'm a sloth, and I don't wake up on time for appointments. I've been using my PC as an alarm clock, but it's overly complicated, making sure the volume is up, the programs are running, etc. And there is no bigass snooze button that I can wack. I wish I could hire someone to walk into my room at whatever time, and if they were A) male, have them punch me in the throat to awaken me; or B) female, have them fellate me until I arouse. Anyone use any alarm clock that have worked well for them?

Getting up is a matter of preperation and habit. It is a much easier when you go to bed the night before allowing 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I have also found placing my almarm clock out of reach (meaning I must get out of bed and stand up to turn it off) is very effective. No excuse to head back to bed once you are actually up.

Get you one of those wind up models...yes it low tech but by cracky when that ****ed thing goes off you'll know it......and if you lose power it'll still work.
The only other option is one I saw on ebay......however the one that guy was selling requires a lot of upkeep....and it has a tendency to nag and or bitch a lot.....I think she was a blonde. hahahaha

I got my normal clock radio that goes off (and doesn'T wake me up or gets snoozed), and then 15 minutes later, out of reach I have an evil old Westclock wind up clock, one of those old models with 2 bells on top. Sounds like the freakin' fire alarm going off! That wakes up the dead.
Someone I know who was impossible to wake up had a special alarm clock for deaf people. When the alarm went off in the morning it had a buzzer (god knows why?) and it would also turn on all the lights in the room.
It might be worth looking into those X10 house control thiggnies old folks use to turn ol lights and stuff in their house to use as a wake up device. I am sure if it turns on all the lights in a room and the TV and the radio it may wake someone up

Also, the start of what Deca was saying was referring to Ed Bailey as well:
"Why Ed Bailey, we cross?"
