i'm 5'8. it was an electronic caliper hooked up to the computer, as well as the scale. it said:
total weight: 162.2 lbs
body fat: (% body weight) 4.3
body fat weight: (lbs) 7.0
lean weight: (lbs) 155.2
water weight: (lbs) 114.5
protein/mineral weight: (lbs) 40.7
anyone whose had this done, does this sound right?
