    The Art Of Happiness

I read this book today and I have to say that its probably the best book I have ever read in my entire life.

It opened upp my eyes to so many different positive ways of thinking...Im gonna have to read it alot more times but in a slower pace(I read it all during a bussride) to catch everything in it. Im gonna try to slowely implement everything I have read in the book.

Previously I had no real oppinion about Dalai Lama other then that I thought he was just some "religious nut". But now I have so much respect for the man. His ways of thinking realy is fantastic and inspiering.

Anyone else read this book and can recomend other books of the same kind?

Thats interesting. I am going to pickup that book. The title is good, it conflicts with the Chinese' Art of war. Tibets worst enemy.
I am more into autobiographies, but for spiritual books, I am sure you've read Chopra, hes 7 laws of success are pretty inspiring. John Paul II's books I think are inspiring too.

I havent realy any spiritual books before this one so Il lok into the 7 laws of success.

Along with the art of hapiness I bought a meditation book by dalai lama, a book abóut how to create luck in your life and a book about cleansing the soul in 30 days that looked interesting. Dont know if they are any good yet

I've read it. The dhali llama is one of my favorite people. I read that book during the angriest time of my life, and since then it's all pretty much been gravy.
