Protein brownies..

OK, so my girl is making brownies in the kitchen when a thought pops into my head. I wonder what you would have to add to a say chocolate protein shake mix, like i know eggs, the water, oil, to make it rise and become a sort of protein brownie ....Ok everyone knows how boring protein shakes can get....I know there isnt anything in the mix to make it rise...but couldnt some simple ingrediants be added....I would consume alot more protein if it was brownies instead of shakes..........if anyone has any ideas, i think im on to something....

ive made protein brownies that were pretty healthy once but i forget how i did it. check out the recipe forum theres some ideas in there. and some good cookies/bar recipes.

I tried to make protien pancakes...they stayed clumpy in the mix and the protein burned!

I'v eread somewhere that you need to make sure the protein powder you use is suitable for cooking.
