guy in college old man prof I think died while playing raquet ball, his face was completely blue lifeless while they performed CPR. Its sick how we humans gotta watch but it was one of those transparent raquetball courts with a cage around it on top people croweded around watching.

Thats sad. I knew cardio was bad for you .
We get a few cases like that in the Navy. Used to be more but now they are forcing 3x weekly cardio training. Has made a bit of a difference.1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
2. YES, SHE can get pregnant the first time!
3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!
Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
What the mind can conceive....the body will achieve!

That is bad news, to be turning your life around and start being active and then something like this happen, what a tragedy.
RIP!
Did you actually see this with your own eyes?
No joke, i have looked around the room in the mornig while doing cardio just wondering if it can happen etc... Some people should really consult a physician before starting to workout.

We had 2 people die at bally when I managed one. One lady died on a saturday while doing aerobics, and when I came in Sunday the staff piled towels over where she died. ( people lose fluids when they die) people were pissed off and upset because they were in the class with her and had to see the pile of towels. Guess what? her family tried to sue bally wtf? the staff tried cpr but she was dead when she hit the ground. Another guy was running on the track and just dropped dead.

Dam-n, this gives overtraining a whole new meaning. I'm 38, better reduce my treadmill incline a few notches.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

Its ashamed. Some people smoke crack and shoot dope and live to be 50, but some guy is trying to better himself and drops dead.

I am a fireman and paramedic, I work out in a gym within the city I work. I have been there for alot of chest pain, one death and a bro who tore his asshole from squatting. But a dude flying ff a treadmill, I would have busted out laughing at that one.

There was one lady who would have black out spells every few minutes due to some nerve disease and kept flying off the treadmill, she did it like 6 times and people kept coming up yelling at me (manager at time) but I can't make people not work out due to disability. You have to ask wtf was she thinking!!! She finally went home and let me off the hook.
