    Can't do anything with my arms for a week.

    Sup ya'll.

    I got a inflamated tendon in the elbow and I can't do anything with my arms for a week. So I'll do legs the whole week and detail work (Abs, Neck, etc...)

    What would you all do in my case? What would a one week workout without doing shoulders / back / chest / biceps / triceps / forearms would look like?

    Dude, just take a week off completely... its good for you to do every 2 months or so.

    i took last week of cause i had the flu it sucked i did not realize how much i would miss the gym and i lost 15lbs. yesterday was leg day it is great to feel sore again

    15 pounds in one week thats crazy hows that possible, lots of puking no doubt?

    I was examinated by a girl who has her BAC in Sports Medicine. She told me to put ice on my elbow every two hours for the first 48 hours and to not workout and not use my arm at all for 7 to 10 days. BTW, I just have one arm that is in trouble (Right one, yes the one I use to *flap flap*).

    I hope that works for you! I have 3 physio therapists one of them who worked for the boston bruins and another for new york. Ice is great for when it first happens aka the day it happens after that heat is what helps! I took two weeks off then went back to it and it was the worst mistake.. Is it your medial or lateral tendon?

    Seriously, just take the time off... it really helps anyways. Whenever I take 5-10 days off, I come back stronger.

    Well, I had my week off one month ago... so I know I can go for another month before having another week off

    well you could take a week - 2 weeks off and come back okay...or you could keep training damage them more, require cortison shots and be off for like 4-6 months!!!! a week minimum doesn't seem that bad eh

    Well... What I don't understand is what's the problem doing legs? I'm not using my arms? No? Same for abs.

    Oh no for sure do legs man and abs, and even hyper extensions!!! I took the last 3 months to pound my legs...First time tonight I am doing back n biceps really light but still happy

    Phewwww... I tought I couldn't do legs and abs!!!

    I'll hit those legs hard... Could I hit'em twice a week since I don't any other muscle?

    I have been doing this... Week 1: Mon & Friday- Legs... Week 2: Wed- LEGS
    That way I dont over train them
