Can't do anything with my arms for a week.
Sup ya'll.
I got a inflamated tendon in the elbow and I can't do anything with my arms for a week. So I'll do legs the whole week and detail work (Abs, Neck, etc...)
What would you all do in my case? What would a one week workout without doing shoulders / back / chest / biceps / triceps / forearms would look like?

Dude, just take a week off completely... its good for you to do every 2 months or so.

i took last week of cause i had the flu it sucked i did not realize how much i would miss the gym and i lost 15lbs. yesterday was leg day it is great to feel sore again

Oh no for sure do legs man and abs, and even hyper extensions!!! I took the last 3 months to pound my legs...First time tonight I am doing back n biceps really light but still happy

Phewwww... I tought I couldn't do legs and abs!!!
I'll hit those legs hard... Could I hit'em twice a week since I don't any other muscle?
