lol is it just at night or can you not take a nap during the day too?
Sometimes I can doze off for a half hour during the day but I can't get more than a couple hours of sleep at night in a row.
Try GABA or Melotonin.
How much melatonin? I use 3 mgs and it doesn't do ****.
Don't know, I don't use melotonin. But I use GABA all the time. I take 10mg about 45 minutes before bed.

I'm in the same boat with you except I can actually sleep a couple hours at a time and then wake up in a drenched T-shirt. I've already been warned by the old bag ;) (tren talking here) that if it keeps up she will shrink wrap the couch and that will be my new bed.

My dog ate my earplugs sometime yesterday. It is like a nightmare for me without them. I hear everything, i have very sensitive senses, i can tell pressure changed temperature changes, and sound just destroys me. I think i got like 2 hours last night,needless to say i wont be lifting today.

Welcome to the wonderful world of tren I am also in the same boat. With melatonin try 3mg and work up. I have a very irregualar sleep schedule due to my job. I had to on a prescibed med. I tried ambien,sonata with no help and finally found that Restoril works good. I have tried it all, no caffeine after 6pm, no late meals, valerian root, etc etc.

try 6mgs of melatonin and some zma...that TO's me. Good luck
