A caged in area that I believe is sponsored by universal labs(?)...You sign up and bench in there..I think it was ryan kennally that did 315 40 times last year in there...Only bad part is it's a long wait.

Whats up duuuuuuude!!!!! Iwas in the cage 2 yrs ago..I know a few peeps one of which was bench-press a ton of weight...I'll prolly go definatly on sat poss sat-sun..I'm also roughly 2 hrs up north so PhaTTy Daddy will be in Arnolds house...shoot me a pm if you want meet up there at the expo

Bump....I haven't missed since 1998 & think it is THE premiere IFBB show. The production, expo, & the whole gala blows the Mr O away. Hope to maybe meet some of you there the 1st weekend in March!

my training buddie Jim Kilts is going to be in the bench press comp. He set the world record for his weight class @181 with a 617lb press down in Florida a few months ago. I hope I can get the time off from work to go up with him this year.

Yep Palme...he sent me pics of it...looked rather nasty....also had the cubanbull Joel Taranzo benches over 800 tore both pecs last year....he's coming back strong....so hopefully will be back at the arnold again next year....

dirtythirty.....You have to weigh in to see how many reps you can do at your weight...I didnt..nor am I this year..Im just starting at 405 and heading up...
