Lol had to ring quite a few guys in Canada today, and noticed that they ABOOT Haha i thought that stuff was just in south park, but its true, crazy canadians

Look at the name Newfoundland. It's not New-found-land, but Newfoonland... even the ou in the name of the province is pronounced oo, so no wonder thay say the ou in about as oo. There are probably other words with ou in it which they pronounce it as oo. I've only hear somone say aboot once though.

You do realize this country does spread out a little... we're only 41 times larger than the UK after all... so saying "I called someone in Canada" without specifying where is just a tad vague... (sort of like my saying "I called someone somewhere in Europe, the middle east and northern Africa)

That's why nobody can understand what the bastards ar saying lol. Every Canadian east of Alberta says ab-oot or overempasizes the 'ou' in certain words. Must be something in the water out there.
