    Frank Zanes personal training diaries

Got it off e-bay today. Its a page turner as its a blunt make up of franks training diaries. It lists his weights, what he's written etc.
I was suprised to see how little he actually lifted.

Frank Zane was the man in my opinion, I loved the way he looked and am trying to pattern my physique after his to the best of my ability. Prime, if those diaries are re-printed and you know where I can buy a copy please PM me.
