I had a feeling and was hoping this would come. People always blame soda for kids being piles, but juices aren't really much better. I would give my kid a diet soda and a flinstones chewable if I was a parent now.
its not the juices is that thay sit on the computer all day long and dont move. if its not the computer its the dam ps2. kid are fat today because thay dont go out and ride there bikes and run and play or swim jump rope nothing active any more.
Preach on Brotha!! I have a serious problem with fat, obese people. I am trying to overcome it b/c it is not politically correct. IMHO all they need to do is eat a salad every now and then (cut calories) and take a walk sometime (burn calories). I can't beleive people think it is soo hard to lose weight. >calories = >weight.
