    Thumbs down is whey protein OK for dogs?

    hi just wondering if whey is OK,for growing puppys/dogs,
    as they seem to love my tub scum mixed in with their dinner.
    is their n e think detremental to their health,just asking b4 i let them have any more?

    Id say ask your Vet bro. But IMHO giving him a little bit every now and then cant hurt. But feeding it to him everyday i think would be a bit much....I know my one cat flips when im about to make my shakes. He loves them....lol But i only give him a couple of licks and thats it...

    yeah, its not on a regular basis
    costs to much
    just occasionly,and yeah ill ask the vet,

    Cool! Worst thing that could probably happen is he starts crappin and farting all over the place from to much protein.....hahaha

    I think it would be fine. When my dog got hit by a car, it had some stomach problems, so we gave it only white rice and simple proteins like chicken breast and blended whey. Oddly, it wouldn't touch banana cream.

    protein shakes is like cow milk replacer, when u bottle a newborn cow, he gets 4 a day protein for the moo moo, im sure it'd actually be good for the dog, i have thought about buying a 50lb bag of milk replacer for 60 bucks lol.
