    How much $$

    do you think is wasted everyday by those if us that are on AR while at work? In the past 6 months I have prolly averaged 2-3 hours per day on AR......let's do the math.

    26weeks x 7 days/week x 2.5 hours/day x $40/hour = $18,200

    Dam, that's a lot of smack. Anyone else wanna show how much they are costing their company? heehee

    I keep this site up most of the day while I'm at work too but as soon as a client walks in I shut the monitor off and proceed with my sales pitch. It keeps me fresh between the people and brokers coming through this place.

    I work out of my own home office, so I actually don't count it against my time @ work because I am my own biz, and fitness is the actual biz, so it's inclusive in what I do.

    Otherwise, it would be TONS!

    MK - although like SC - I am a business owner I know that my hours spent on AR during work hours has got be costing me a small fortune. It is not easy to keep up a daily post average of 20+ daily (post whore I know). But, at the end of the day I believe my time spent on AR is some of my most productive. Over the past months I have learned more than the last decade about body building (I am also making nice 1st cycle gains). Plus, it is great to be part of the AR community!

    I average 12 hours or more a day on AR considering i only sleep 2-3 hours a night.
