NyQuil rocks. Just remember that it has loads of sugar and alcohol in it if you are cutting.
i had these capsules made by tylenol they were specifically for head colds. i liked them because i felt better in the mornings. nyquil or tylenol pm just knock me out and dont seem to fix the problem. take some echinasea during the day also, should help get rid of it quick.
melatonin works nice :)

Be careful with nyquil. I'm allergic to something in it and when i take it im up for two nights, and feel like i just did 20 lines of speed along with bad hallucinations.
Excedrin or Tylenol PM work good. Take 2 and nity nite..

I picked up some Tylenol PM, i'll pop a couple pills when i'm ready to sleep.. thanks guys.
instead of tylenol pm why not just by plain old benedryl? that's the ingredient in the tylenol pm that's putting you to sleep. that way you can avoid taking lots of tylenol that could be harsh on the liver.

I got this little sleepy bastard recipe i use, I put 2-3 melatonins in my mouth and chase them down with 60 ml of Nyquil, it will knock you right out!! If you have severe insomnia you can drink your Nyquil cocktail while smoking a J and that my friend will stop a charging Rhino
