    I use www.winmx.com

    Today for the first time i bought music off iTunes though. I thouht it was pretty cool. I downloaded the album i was looking for for $7. You could also buy individual songs for .99 cents. Id recommend using it if you cant find what your looking for online for free....

    dc++

    dc++ is the best... none of that gay **** that comes with kazaa and other gay shareing systems like that, a little differnt layout takes getting used to but by far it has to be the best system I have used.

    dc++ stands for direct connect + + but just google dc++ you will get it...

    I found the best website for this. I have an iPod and all the songs work perfectly. Dude, every song is only 10 cents. So a whole album is about a buck, and most of the new ones that come out are on this site before they are in stores. It is legal as well. here it is... www.mp3search.ru
    It's a russian site, but it's all in English. I've used Limewire before, but IMO this blows it away. This is the best.

    I've tried to figure the whole IRC thing out, and it's kinda tricky. I usually use WinMx. :spudniklu

    I use Shareaza but like I said in the other post - be careful you don't DL too much.

    I just started with the IRC stuff. Looks fun. I have to explore some more. I found a guide online HERE that really helps you out with IRC.

    You can also check out newsgroups.

    Limewire, it's free and it will automatically tell u if the file is corrupt or not, so u dont waste your time downloading songs that wont play

    Klite++, WinMX and Azeurus (torrents) covers all my music, software and video needs.

    Too many corrupt tunes on Klite++ though, got better luck on WinMx, and Azeurus is great to download full albums when I find good torrents.

    Oh, and the american copyright nazis (MPAA) have no jurisdiction here in Canada... they tried to get ISP's here to divulge client information and were swiftly told to go f... themselves by our courts.

    New p2p program called exeem is out now its still in beta version but its pretty good so far. Might be a really good one in time, has a few good features like filtering fake or corrupted files from your searches. Might wanna give it a try.

    Nice site. Haven't bought from it yet, but I can listen to full songs for free all day at work, just a little searchinmg to get what I want. They have every Eagles album, so they must have a huge selection.
