Its not that hard to tell. There's no trauma to surrounding tissue' and although its a small photo there's no sign of activity around the damaged limb. Even the medic in the background appear's rather casual given the apparent extent of the injury.

I kinda have to with Bouncers call....and no it's not just because he has a nice ass.

The finger thing pointing up at the top portion of the hand....what holding that up? Shouldn't eveerything be flopping around...in other words unable to hold it's on weight.
