    Uhhh....I punched a hole through one of my kitchen cabinets. It hurt pretty bad and kinda made my knuckes bleed. My GF was so pissed she started hitting me and it was all I could do not to drop her. Only a few weeks left of rage and then it is cry baby sensitive PCT time...woohoo.

    I smashed up a jeep cherokee and a chevy camero yesterday with my Ford 4x4. Man those two cars fell apart....but the Ford drove right through it. You know Ford's motto "Ford...tougher than whatever the **** you drive!" hahahaha

    the whole cell phone smashing is so worth it at the time. usually when i try to use my phone in the morning to call someone i realized i smashed it on the ground and then i'm looking for a payphone if i'm driving.

    i couldnt tell much of a difference wheni was on pct from when i was on gear, besides the fact that i was more unmotivated

    i also watched my friend smash his on the ground after his girl called and was talking to him and wanted to talk to me after he said who he was with. needless to say he wasn't to thrilled with me for awhile.

    the other day I puched a hole through the front of my computer... Broke my **** burner.. Punched my car and put a huuuuggge dent in the trunk..thankfully it was just the daily driver... I have since learned to control myself
