I'm suprised he didn't turn into a big mac lol. I'm going to have to check that movie out. I just can't imagine eating that shiit every meal for 30 days straight. I would want to puke after the first day!

It was a good Doc. IMO. they address the issue of people getting angry @ fast food chains and linking them with America's obesity problem. Most people will say that is only the person's choices that are to blame. But when he went into dozens of McDonalds, many of them could not even provide him with nutritional information of the food. So his question was:how is America supposed to make better decisions when choosing food when they aren't provided with nutritional facts by places like Mcdonalds?

In most fast food restaurants Ive been too lately, they have recently started providing those nutritional value guides of their products. You guys think mcdonalds is bad, the next time any of you go into pizza hut ask them for one of theirs. I wont eat their ever again. If I remeber correctly one meat lovers slice is like 20 grams of fat if not more lol.

His stats were:
Before his 30 day 3 Macdonalds meals/day:
185lbs
11% BF
Perfect blood work
After the 30 day binge:
210 lbs!!
18% BF (he got noticeably fatter)
and every aspect of his bloodwork went into dangerous levels to the point where the doctors begged him to stop.
He gained 10lbs. in the first 5 days and 17lbs in the first 12 days!! Pretty crazy if ya ask me....all fat!

That is ****ty to that you can't eat outside of your home and expect a meal that is good for you. Myself I beleive I will just stick to subway, not to be cliche but I eat there everyday for lunch and haven't really noticed any negative impacts other then the big hole in my wallet because its expensive as all hell.
