    I got a confesion

    I got the confess that since me and my longterm partner split last week, i havnt exactly been looking after myself. I have just had a few drinking sessions and little workout. My weight thankfuly has stayed the same so hopefuly il get back in the gym on monday if things are ok.

    man this sh1t sucks

    No bro. To cut a long story short she was told i was playing away last saturday night and she didnt believe nothing happened so it comes down to trust in the end and if you aint got trust then you aint gt anything really

    it aight bro, when something stressfull happens like a breakup, etc. its best to relax and kick back for a week or so and just have fun thats whats most important. Then hit the gym hardcore and get your diet better than its ever been and move on. GQ

    Sometimes a week break is just what the doctor ordered. Get your head straight and then get back in the gym and come back bigger and stronger. I know it's easier said than done but you have to look after yourself right now.
