Thumbs up Went to the LA Fit Expo: Saw Coleman, Cutler, Bill Kazmaier ect..

This was my first major event and I thought it was excellent. I watched my first live powerlifting contest, strongman comp, and Mrs. Fitness comp all in one day. I was elated by all the action not to mention all the superstars of BB, Powerlifting, and Strongmen running around the place. The superstars of BB that were there and singing autographs were Coleman, Cutler, Gunter, Titus, and many others I was not familiar with. The Powerlifting big names that were walking around were Brian Siders (IPF World Champ), Scott Mendelson, and many others. Bill Kazmaier was emcee for the Strongman comp and that was just an awesome event to watch. A 55 year old doing almost a 30 foot farmers walk with 800lbs in his hands is truly motivational… simply unbelievable!
Hell I watched a 58 year old guys do an 800lbs squat…WOW! I was truly impressed.

I was just curious if anyone else went and I was wondering what you were impressed with?

In the pic gary is on the left, manfred is on the right.

One of the greatest strength athletes of all time. Won the worlds strongest man 3 years in a row. Held all superheavyweight powerlifting records at one time. 661 raw bench. 887 deadlift. And I believe 925 squat.

Cormier, Cicorrelo, Kaz, as well as the "Fit Chicks". Much smaller than I expected. My 5 year old LOVED the strongman, she won't shut-up about it!!
