    Ebooks

    Does anyone have any links to download free ebooks. I want to read about all aspects of weight training, techniques and diet. I found a ferw places myself but they often command a fee, and im spent all my wages on my gear this month.

    Here in the states you can check out books on CD from the library for free, not aware of any sites that allow you to down load E books for free.

    i got a few off "Ares" and Kazza but they were not much good

    Right, and that's bending the law as well in regards to E-books that are to be paid for.

    Anything worth a sh*t won't be found on those types of sites.
