14 year old brother wants 2 workout.
hey guys i know theres other forums to post this in but im just curious on something. my little brother (14) has been calling me and im'n me asking if it would be ok for him to join a gym. my opinion would probably be no, because of things ive heard about stunting your growth. hes a small kid, 5'2" about 105lbs. i just recently read an article tho that it was good and promoted overall growth if you worked out your legs at that age. he likes to play baseball so obviously i wouldnt want him to try to bulk to much either way upper body. i might even work with him for a little bit in the gym if he does join, i would want him to know proper mechanics and stuff to know.. what is the truth behind all of this? let me know guys.. thanks :bcool:
