    Immediate Results

Okay, I'll be straght forward, (i know this is a topic most people despise), but does anyone have any suggestions on how to loose the max amount of bodyfat in two weeks span ??? What methods would yield immediate noticable results ??

I've already limited carbs, cals, and intense cardio + lifting

There really is no way to lose more than 2-3 lbs. of fat per week, yielding a max of 6 lbs. for those two weeks (if your body is the type that can do this, most cannot) w/out losing muscle first. So, I'd say you could lose an average of 4-5 good fat lbs. IF (a big IF), EVERYTHING (diet, cardio, rest, etc.) is in impeccable order for the situation. If not, results won't even be as good.

Crash diets are just that.........they cause you to crash.

As far as the "look" goes, try getting rid of as much subcutaneous water as possible. That'll help. Other than that, lyposuction is fast as hell.

Haha. Oh man, this brings back wrestling. Having to go from 205 to 189 in a week. That is some fun stuff right there. Spend your days on a tredmill and your nights in a sauna with sweat pants on.

"noticable", as in you'll wanna look skinner? ... honeslty bro, thats something many of us face. by miricale, lets say you do drop 10 lbs in 2 weeks, your skin will still be a bit stretched out, so you wont have the look of being fit. In the event you just wanna drop pounds for the hell of it, you can always go the ex-lax way ... keep a bathroom handy. im not sure what ur goals are tho.

as for crystalmeth, ... do you ever have anything positive to say? if you can't help, save your fingers the typing. some people just have an extremeley hard time losing weight and fit people dont understand that. if your one of those "always in shape" guys, consider yourself lucky.

Didn't you know the spring break cycle is - DBOL only.....lol J/K

Bro, with only 2 weeks, chalk it up to experience that you weighted too long. Next year start at least 8 to 12 weeks out to make a real difference. Loosing 4 to 6 pounds can make a bit of a difference. Good luck!

You should post your pics in the Members Pics forum for motivational purposes for others then. I haven't seen your's yet, that would be great for the board!

Some post pics, some offer verbal help, I choose to do both.

    Love to see 'em!

    3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.

For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.

Im suprised no one mentioned dnp . But then again the risks are probably not worth it just because of a springbreak

DNP for two weeks probably wouldn't do any better than a great diet/cardio/etc.

    He'd be miserable too.

I would hope no one would recommend DNP in a situation like this. Totally un-warranted.

    thanks

Wasnt considering AS , I know that getting fit is a lifestyle not a quick fix.
Like I said in my post, I am only asking this because I have two weeks before srping break, I wanted to get advise on how to maximize the shape I am already in, not asking for a miracle.

I mean put yourself in my place, wouldnt u work your hardest the last two weeks before the trip??

Thanks to those members who offered intelligent responses !
