So I tracked my food intake on fitday.com today
I wanted to see how much protein and calories I'm getting. Today I got, according to their data, 5298 calories and 388 grams of protein. That's not bad since I'm a little sick and my food intake is down a little. AND, I'm all out of protein powder so I had no shakes. I usually drink 3-4 protein shakes in a day. I want to strive for 450+ grams of protein per day.

OK, so far today I'm at 5300 cals and 450 protein. Doing better. That's still without any protein powder.

Thanks. My powder should be here any day. That's another 150 grams/day or so.
Now eating some sausages. 6k cals and about 470 protein.
