Help!!! Can't Get It Up/Stay Hard.... And I'm a TEEN!!!!

Hey I'm 19, and lately it seems it's been hard to get it up. I don't know what it could be I've never been on the gear, but there's some things I've taken that make me think they could have messed me up.
Like there's another post on here about melatonin, but I hardly ever take that.
I did however take 4 grams of AKG before lifting for like the past 4 months, I wonder if that messed me up? I stopped a few days ago and still no luck I'm thinking since it involved the bloodways that's what effected me?
And I was taking tribulus as well but stopped that now....
I had a similar problem a long time ago, and found out all it was was the ephedra I was taking and I got off and it went away immediately.
Now all I take is a multi-vitamin, xenadrine, and zma

And btw I do have a physical scheduled, but it's not for a while What can I do?
I'm really kinda scared

dude go see a doc and tell him or her everything.. shiit at 19 i was knocking shiit over atleast 6-9hrs a day with that thing so umm i think you have got a problem bro..

your taking xenadrine,? is it the old style with ephedrine in it?

anxiety is the biggest reason for limp dick in the world. Try to relax. Go to a doc just to know for sure.

Make a Dr. appointment and get checked out. When I was 19 all it took was a cool breeze to stand up at attention (and not much has changed for me 19 years later lol).

You could see a doctor, but really I don't think you need to yet.

I had the same problem when I was 20. I had just come out of a realationship with a girlfriend of 3 years. After a few weeks, there were a few times I tried to have sex that I was just unable too. It was just mental blockers, I was not comforatble doing it. I mean I had no problem whipping it out, and trust me I tried. If I went limp I had it bouncing off her forhead or in her mouth trying.

I was just not comfortable about it, I made jokes about it with friends and at work.

2 other things that might help, is vitamin b6 and b12. Also make sure you are drinking lots of fluids.

It's in your head if you can get boners other times. Just relax, and try not to be hittig up sluts. Do it with a girl you are really comfortable with, and not with some girl who you think is going to run screaming "limp dick, limp dick!" if you aren't getting up.
