Help!!! Can't Get It Up/Stay Hard.... And I'm a TEEN!!!!
Hey I'm 19, and lately it seems it's been hard to get it up. I don't know what it could be I've never been on the gear, but there's some things I've taken that make me think they could have messed me up.
Like there's another post on here about melatonin, but I hardly ever take that.
I did however take 4 grams of AKG before lifting for like the past 4 months, I wonder if that messed me up? I stopped a few days ago and still no luck I'm thinking since it involved the bloodways that's what effected me?
And I was taking tribulus as well but stopped that now....
I had a similar problem a long time ago, and found out all it was was the ephedra I was taking and I got off and it went away immediately.
Now all I take is a multi-vitamin, xenadrine, and zma
And btw I do have a physical scheduled, but it's not for a while What can I do?
I'm really kinda scared
