I used to not gain alot during cycles....finally i knew it was time to start focusing on the goal at hand. To get jacked, big I wanted to be the biggest guy in the gym and i wanted it bad. I moved out of my parents and got my own apartment. In my apartment i had few objects, a bed, clothes and accesories, sterio, couch, computer, and refrigerator. I dont have to work because im independantly wealthy if u can sense what i mean by this. I started beginer cycle #1 ( http://steroid.com/novicecycle1.php ). and i made sure i ate as much as i can every 3 hours i am awake always including 60 grams of protein and the most unhealthy food i could eat had a 1:2 fat to protein ratio. I always ate til i was on the verge of vommiting. I worked out using the arnold schwartzinegger encyclopedia for a guide. ( 2x a day advanced workout routine) as well as i have been trained by the best trainer to come out of santa barbara. I am almost done with my cycle and i have gained 35 pounds of solid mass with 12% bd weight 260 and am 5'9" but its like all i do well im at home is sit it on the computer eat food or do pushups and jumping jacks while listening to 80s rock. I ****ing love cycleing but im getting sick of not drinking but i cant weight til the day im off of clomis it will be spring break and ill be done there pimping some hoes . last year i won the best bod contest so ill see all u wimp ****s down in daytona this year if u can make it peace. Look for the guy with the biggest back!
