take off. When i feel ****ty i get a ****ty workout. Rest is more important so you are healthier for your next workout.
Pop a couple Ephed's and hit it then sleep real good..
If you really feel tired then indeed you should take the day off. Rest is very important.
But do not confuse lazy with tired !!??!! :banana:
100% right. On days i just feel lazy or lethargic I pop 2 caffeine pills and off to the gym i go. you have to know your body and when to push it and when to let it rest.Quote:
