Superr tired...gotta give props to....
Gotta give props to Ripped Fuel...just got me thru the most tireing day of my life....all started with a nice long back work out finished off with deadlifts...then came the hour of cardio...then cant leave the fellas out so i played basketball with them for 2 hours....and then to top it off the little lady was feelin frisky tonight...so i mean i had 2 please her 2nite as well...3 times too be exact ....juss had to share this day with you all on AR...
i think im gonna pull a rip van winkle and juss sleep until the arnold classic..

Sounds like you had a good day... I had a **** day.. I did chest and my work out sucked.. Not sure why just havin an off day...

I wont be working out on Mondays anymore. Id rather come in on a sat morning, then do a monday workout. even with 8 hours of sleep and heavy dose of caffeine i feal like crap.

I even watched Pumping Iron before I went to the gym.. Thought that helped until I got there. Did a couple of sets and some Fly's and I was cashed... WTF....
I HATE OFF DAYS..

O yeah.. Just got a new iPod Mini also.. That didn't even help...
