I know that these guys are anti-American so I hate their message but
System of a Down rocks for workouts. it is fast and heavy and gets u pumped, just don't listen to the lyrics

Baroque music with good contrapuntal figures . . .
In English, that's Bach, Vivaldi, Handel. Stuff is pretty much acoustic geometrics, like it was designed by a machine. But it's got art blended with it, and once your mind is tuned to it, it really helps to focus and concentrate on your lifts. Especially stuff like the Brandenburg Concertos, and Vivaldi's Mandolin stuff.
