    Talking Glutamine~~!POWER~~!

    Ok i saw a buddy i havent seen in about 2 monthes and he is Swole like put on 40lbs i shyt you not. he has the puffy neck and face... definite AAS/WaterRention no doubt.. and im like holy hell dood wat are you taking.. n' he is like "i just started taking 25g' glutamine a few Monthes ago and it works great" i didnt pry anymore.
    just thought i would share this commical event

    he is prob. on CELLTECH.. that would def. put on 40 pounds of solid muscle..and he will def. keep all of it... ha...lol..

    HA, no but honestly I don't know how well you know this guy, but what do you expect him to say. Not everyone likes to share their personal information. I would def. not tell some If they asked me what I was taking, I actually think it is very rude. But if it is your boy, he should just be honest..

    I don't see what the big deal is? All I take is Glutamine, Creatine, and Whey Protein. What do you guys use?
