Guys, Im so sick and tired of looking in the mirror and seeing my gyno. Ive had it since I was 14 and it seems like it has only gotten worse over the years(Im now 24). It just ruins my physique completely. I went to a plastic surgeon and he says one of the worst he's seen but he HAS seen worse. I cant afford the $4k price tag right now either. Im just frustrated...just thought Id share.

That sucks bro. I have a bit of the puffy nipple symdrome myself.I've attributes it to chest fat. It's been like that as long as I can remember. I actually got my nipples pierced a few years ago and it makes them look hard all the tome so they look a ton better. Right now I am taking clen and stepping up the cardio trying to get down to a lower bf. Hopefully this will help.

A friend of mine had it and had the surgery. He is very happy, I wish you the best, I know it has to be frustrating.

-not sure bout this and it might seem kinda wierd but r they hard the gyno area is it hard or soft like ab fat and wuts ur overall bf% ?high or low?

I remember it was hard and hurt when I was 13 or 14. But now just soft like fat, although its not. BF% probably around 14 or so.

ok did u try lowering bf% and using yohimbine hcl which i think (think) not sure targets areas which r female problems mainly cuz it has beta agonist recpectors targets some s*** like that and did u get a drs opionion

no, not yet b/c Im bulking (not on any AAS right now, havent been in 15 months). Have not talked to my general Dr. I need to change Dr anyways b/c he told me tattoos were "unhealthy"....

Im in the same boat, except ive had it since i was like 11 or 12, whatever 7th grade was. On a side note though, my older brother has it, he was fairly chubby when he was younger, and then he slimmed down like no bodies business, it becomes way un-noticable. You can still tell a little. But I have it where my nips are puffy :[

I know how you feel, have a close boy that has had it real bad for
2-3 years now and doesn't want to put out the $$$ or get cut on,
but it looks so bad and is the only real flaw in his phsique... He is
pretty low in BF% so it really shows bad and you can't miss it...
That's what happens when you think you don't need anti-estrogens
and things start happening... That's his story... Had nothing to put
a stop to it and just kept going on with his 2nd cycle... I told him
to have everything on hand before he started... He didn't listen...

There's no way to get insurance to cover it? That blows. Sorry.....hope you find a way to deal with it. Start saving your pennies

Im going to change Drs and tell him my nips hurt like hell and hopefully he'll refer me to a plastic surgeon. Thats the only thing I can think of....

Tell him you are severly depressed also and its screwing up your quality of life because you are embarassed to take off your shirt, have a normal relationship with a woman, etc.

I agree with this. Insurance prob won't cover so called cosmetic surgery...but if it has an effect on you psychologically...that may be a different story.

Or....you could run a really bad cycle, not run your PCT, make it worse and claim the added weight on your chest is causing horrible back pain!!! and you need a breast reduction.

I'm teasing of course. I'm just amazed that insurance will cover certain things like the little purple pill but not cover something like this.

I agree. before it became covered by ohip certain cases were covered if there was phsycological damage

Over here if you get gyno in your teens the doc will fix it for free. But we have another system here...
